Fox Covert Campus

The Council is proposing to fully replace the Fox Covert Campus main building.

It is anticipated that the new building will be constructed along the northern edge of the site, with the existing facilities remaining open during the construction process. The proposed building will step down following the site topography and will generally be two storeys in height.

Following completion of the new building, the existing main building will be demolished to make space for new sports pitches and external facilities. The Nursery and its playground space, and The Den building on the south east of the site, will not be affected.

A Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) has been submitted with the public consultation expected to take place from late April until early June 2026.

Completion is expected in 2028
